Short Term Reservations
Reservations for 2 nights or longer are accepted. Christmas week, New Year’s Eve, MLK Weekend, President’s Day Weekend, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends have a longer minimum stay.

Deposits and Payments
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival (60 days for holiday periods). Payments may be made by credit card or check. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until the deposit is received.

Security Deposit
We require a $750 security deposit before your arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided there are no damages. We recommend that this be paid on credit card as it can be refunded to the same card with no fees charged.

Date Changes
Requests for date changes to any confirmed reservation will be subject to availability. Rates would be adjusted for the new dates.

Cancellation
A thirty (30) day notice is required if you must cancel your reservation, including reduction to your length of stay. If you cancel after that date, you will receive a refund of your deposit only if the house can be re-rented. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $50.

Arrival/Departure
Check in time is 4pm or later. Request for early arrivals are accepted for an additional fee of $75. You may arrive or depart on any day of the week, subject to availability.

Check out time is 10am or earlier. If time permits, late checkouts may be possible for an extra fee of $75. Unauthorized use of a unit after 10am will result in a charge of $75 per hour.

Smoking
All indoor areas of The Killington Cabin are non-smoking. Smoking in the cabin will result in the loss of the entire security deposit.

Pets
We love pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed in the cabin.

Maid Service
We do not provide daily maid service, however, we do employ housekeepers to set up the unit for your arrival and clean after your departure. You can arrange for daily housekeeping at an extra charge (approximately $30 per hour). We also stock supplies like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, bar soap, etc., but you will need to bring your own laundry soap. Dishware and cookware are also provided.
