Short Term Reservations
Reservations for 1 night or longer are accepted, however weekends have a three night minimum during the peak ski season. Some dates have rates based on a minimum occupancy calculation. Christmas week, New Year’s Eve, Super Bowl weekend, MLK weekend, President’s Day week, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Spartan Race weekend and Columbus Day weekends have a longer minimum stay requirement.

Deposits and Payments
For stays more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival (45 days for holiday periods). For stays less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Payments may be made by credit card, check, Dwolla or Bitcoin. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until your payment is received.

Security Deposit
We require a $750 security deposit (per unit) 5 days before your arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided there are no damages. We recommend that this be paid on credit card as it can be refunded to the same card with no fees charged.

Date Changes
Requests for date changes to any confirmed reservation will be subject to availability. Rates would be adjusted for the new dates.

Cancellation
A sixty (60) day notice is required if you must cancel your reservation, including reduction to your length of stay. If you cancel after that date, you will receive a refund of your deposit only if the house can be re-rented. If cancellations are made within thirty (30) days, you may apply the rental payment to a future stay. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $195.

Arrival/Departure
You may arrive or depart on any day of the week, subject to availability.

Our standard check in time is 4pm and our check out time is 10am. We offer an early check in or a late check out service for an additional fee (based on availability). Unauthorized use of a unit after 10am will result in a charge of $75 per hour.

Non-Smoking Home
All indoor areas of The Cabin at Killington are non-smoking. Smoking in the cabin will result in the loss of the entire security deposit. Please keep all smoking to the outside decks and properly dispose of any cigarette butts.

Pets
Well-behaved pets over two years old are allowed in the right side unit only. There is an additional $110 pet cleaning fee.

Housekeeping Service
We do not provide daily maid service, however, we do employ housekeepers to set up the unit for your arrival and clean after your departure. You can arrange for daily housekeeping at an extra charge (approximately $30 per hour). We also stock supplies like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, bar soap, etc., but you will need to bring your own laundry soap. Dishware and cookware are also provided.
